To ensure your request includes all necessary information, please complete the following Zoom Meeting Request Form by providing as much detail as possible. 

Note: The minimal timeline for all PR requests is 48-72 hours to the requested due date. All request will be accommodated as best as we can provide. Once submitted, your meeting will be scheduled in one of the chapter's official Zoom licenses and the meeting details will be sent to your committee chair's email address.
